That’s why we believe in wedding cakes that are both sophisticated works of art and exceptionally-delicious desserts, accompanied by exemplary service at every step. Specializing in European-style wedding cakes for 22 years, Krissie is passionate about bringing wedding dreams to life through custom-designed, handcrafted wedding cakes. Your wedding cake will be one of your final memories from this momentous celebration – shouldn’t it be unforgettable from the first look to the last bite?

NOT YOUR GRANNY’S CARROT CAKE. The Last Bite’s famous carrot cake. Impossibly light and fluffy with chunks of pineapple, walnuts, and coconut - all enveloped in layers of cream cheese mousse frosting.

NOT YOUR GRANNY’S CARROT CAKE. The Last Bite’s famous carrot cake. Impossibly light and fluffy with chunks of pineapple, walnuts, and coconut - all enveloped in layers of cream cheese mousse frosting.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE. Vanilla butter cake with homemade strawberry preserves and Bavarian cream.

TROPICAL PINEAPPLE. Tangy pineapple curd with a sweet coconut rum mousse in a buttery vanilla genoise with fresh sliced pineapple.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TORTE. A marriage of creamy white, milk, and dark chocolate mousses layered with dark chocolate cake, caramelized hazelnuts, and a splash of Frangelica.
