That’s why we believe in wedding cakes that are both sophisticated works of art and exceptionally-delicious desserts, accompanied by exemplary service at every step. Specializing in European-style wedding cakes for 17 years, Krissie is passionate about bringing wedding dreams to life through custom-designed, handcrafted wedding cakes. Your wedding cake will be one of your final memories from this momentous celebration – shouldn’t it be unforgettable from the first look to the last bite?

The Cake

  • Use only the highest quality ingredients that are organic, sustainable, and locally sourced whenever possible

  • Unlike traditional wedding cakes, ours are composed in the European-style with a dozen layers per tier - creating a remarkably moist and flavorful cake defined by its exceptional ingredients instead of sweetness alone

  • Gluten-free and other dietary restriction options available

Pricing

  • Tiered cake pricing begins at $10.00 per person and sheet cakes begin at $7.00 per person

  • As each cake is custom designed, pricing is dependent on the complexity of the decor and the flavor combinations

Service Area

  • Greater Seattle, Tacoma, and Eastside regions, as well as Puget Sound destinations

  • Travel to destinations within 3 hours of Seattle

Signature Flavor Combinations

  • THE CLASSIC. Vanilla genoise cake with almond syrup, raspberry jam, and vanilla bean Bavarian mousse (option to add lemon curd)

  • TALL, DARK, & DECADENT. * Rive gauche chocolate cake, chocolate decadence mousse, espresso mousse, and caramel mousse (or swap rive gauche for vanilla genoise with Frangelico syrup)

  • SLICE OF PARADISE. Vanilla genoise cake with rum syrup, mango mousse, passion fruit mousse, and guava mousse

  • ROMEO & JULIET. * Rive gauche chocolate cake, chocolate decadence mousse, blood orange mousse, and vanilla bean Bavarian mousse

  • LE SICILIEN. * Vanilla genoise cake with almond syrup, pistachio mousse, chocolate mousse, and vanilla bean Bavarian mousse (or swap vanilla genoise with almond syrup for rive gauche)

  • MIDSUMMER DREAM. Vanilla genoise cake with elderflower syrup, lemon curd, and strawberry mousse (option to add vanilla mousse and/or swap strawberry mousse for blackberry mousse)

  • NOT YOUR GRANNY’S CARROT CAKE. The Last Bite’s famous carrot cake. Impossibly light and fluffy with chunks of pineapple, walnuts, and coconut - all enveloped in layers of cream cheese mousse frosting. 

     

    *Gluten-free when paired with rive gauche chocolate cake.

Please note that we have a 25 serving minimum.

  • NOT YOUR GRANNY’S CARROT CAKE. The Last Bite’s famous carrot cake. Impossibly light and fluffy with chunks of pineapple, walnuts, and coconut - all enveloped in layers of cream cheese mousse frosting. 

  • ALMOND CROISSANT. A light, buttery croissant filled with decadent almond creme. 

  • STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE. Vanilla butter cake with homemade strawberry preserves and Bavarian cream.

  • HOUSE COOKIES. Perhaps our most loved creation - peanut butter and oatmeal cookie with chunks of bittersweet chocolate.

  • PASSION FRUIT & GUAVA TORTE. Pairing of light tropical mousses between layers of chocolate torte.

  • TIRAMISU. Espresso soaked, homemade ladyfingers between mascarpone and Drambouie cream mousse topped off with shaved chocolate.

  • LEMON MASCARPONE GATEAUX. Ladyfingers soaked in lemon syrup, layered with creamy mascarpone & blueberries.

  • TROPICAL PINEAPPLE. Tangy pineapple curd with a sweet coconut rum mousse in a buttery vanilla genoise with fresh sliced pineapple.

  • TRIPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE TORTE. A marriage of creamy white, milk, and dark chocolate mousses layered with dark chocolate cake, caramelized hazelnuts, and a splash of Frangelica.

  • CHOCOLATE DECADENCE. Thin layers of rich, dark chocolate filled with bittersweet chocolate mousse.

  • ROASTED COCONUT CREAM TORTE. Vanilla genoise soaked with coconut milk and layered with coconut cream, whipped cream and roasted coconut.

  • MELODY. Cinnamon shortbread and vanilla cake filled with cinnamon Bavarian cream and caramelized apples.

  • APPLE & WALNUT. Apple walnut cake served with tangy cranberry compote & spiced cider mousse.

  • HANDMADE CHOCOLATES. Carefully crafted dark chocolates in a variety of designs, filled with your choice of ganaches such as frangelica, whisky, amaretto, caramel and more.
