At The Last Bite, we are passionate about desserts that are just as delicious as they are beautiful – accompanied by exemplary service from our first conversation to the last bite of your custom creation. Since 2001, head pastry chef Krissie Krebsbach has specialized in European-style cakes and pastries that are both sophisticated works of art and exceptionally-delicious desserts. And because we believe in dessert that tastes as great as it makes you feel, we make every component from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients that are organic, sustainably farmed, and locally-sourced whenever possible.
Meet Krissie Krebsbach

Throughout her life, Krissie often found that a stunning decor was no guarantee of a delicious dessert. But as a lifelong baker and dessert enthusiast, she was determined to create desserts that actually tasted as amazing as they looked. In 2001, taking the advice of her family and friends, she decided to finally pursue her dream and enrolled at the Seattle Culinary Academy – where she graduated top of her class honored with the "Most Outstanding Pastry Chef.” But Krissie didn’t just want to make desserts that taste and look incredible – she wanted to make desserts that you can feel incredible about eating too – graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Nutrition Sciences in 2016 and a reaffirmed commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients in her baking. Krissie continues to perfect her dream every day, and her passion comes through in each and every one of her delicious creations.
